You'll get 3 sample workouts from my signature MASS Method program including:
Day 1: Total Body
Day 2: Chest/Arms
Day 3: Legs
Workouts will require minimal, standard gym equipment such as: barbell & weights, long foam roller (~3’), cable-stack, kettlebell (& towel), bands, box (step up), slamball, jump rope, rower, TRX, pushup bars, dip bars, & incline bench is preferred but not required.
